I have been encouraged to start my own blog ....... maybe because I have an opinion about almost everything.
So here we are!
But the truth is I'd LOVE to hear your opinions.
Yes, YOU!
One of the blogs that I follow is
http://www.rhodetofitness.blogspot.com/
In one entry, a question was posed: "Would we live our lives any differently if we knew precisely how much time we had?"
Here's my opinion. The question is interesting. I ask it of myself on a regular basis. It keeps me balanced. In my experience, making decisions based on "I don't want to have any regrets" is helpful. The answers then come without much effort ---- usually.
One of my goals is to INSPIRE you to think about some of the ideas presented here and share your thoughts and opinions with others.
An inter-active blog ---- that's my goal.
What's your opinion of the question: Would you live your life any differently if you knew precisely how much time you have?"

Congratulations on your new blog! I knew you could do it! Here's my opinion in response to your interactive blog:
ReplyDeleteI'm living every day to it's fullest potential. I'm doing the work I love(photography) and sharing my life with others in joy and gratitude. I am truly blessed. I too live my life without regrets. It's the only way to fly!!!
After posing that question, I thought maybe the answer was obvious. But now I think my honest answer, flip as it might sound, would be: Depends on how much time I had! Seriously, if I knew it was only going to be another month, you wouldn't catch me returning to work, for instance. If I thought it was another 20 years, then I'd probably keep doing what I'm doing because I'm a happy person overall.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations and much happiness in your new adventure. In response to your topic of no regrets I would hope that we as people can keep our regrets to a minimum. After living so many years, personally I consider myself to be a happy and lucky person to have lived with very few regrets.
With Love and Prayers
Marie
